We want you to love every OrviaCart piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible returns

• Unused items in original packaging with tags attached
• Damaged or incorrect items (photo proof appreciated)
• Defective products reported within 7 days

Non-returnable

• Opened personal-care or candle products (unless defective)
• Gift hampers once unsealed, unless items are damaged
• Sale items marked final sale

Refunds

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. COD refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
